Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.

When insurance is not involved, a 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when paid in full by cash or check on the day treatment is rendered.

Major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard are accepted in our office. 

Extended payment plans for as little as $50 a month for up to three years are available based on applicant's credit approval. For accounts over $1,000--a 12 month interest-free CareCredit can be arranged with approved credit.
